When the Typeform quota runs out, your form stops taking leads.
When it runs out the form closes with your ads still running. Here you get 10,000 leads a month on the trial, and logic and result screens on every plan.

From a lead capture form to your CRM, already scored
The same online form builder covers an online application form, a client intake form, a quiz and a survey. Connect FoxForm to Claude, Codex or whichever assistant your team already opens, and every answer travels to Zapier, Make or your own system the moment it is submitted.
- It does not stop at building the form: the same conversation edits it, publishes it, takes it down, reads the answers and reports performance, without you opening the dashboard.
- Leads arrive already ranked: the score builds while the person answers, and the AI tells you who is worth a call today.
- Fires a webhook instantly: every answer travels to Zapier, Make, your CRM or your own system, with nobody copying and pasting.

What changes when you move off Typeform, Jotform or Google Forms
The building part looks similar everywhere. Here the path changes as the person answers, every answer is worth points, and the last screen hands back a result: a quote, a diagnosis or a score. Logic, calculation and scoring sit on every paid plan, which is the line most people weigh when they check Typeform pricing or Jotform pricing.
- Paths that cross: a rule can combine answers. Someone with budget AND sign-off takes one path, everyone else takes another.
- Scoring that runs itself: every option is worth points and the total builds while they answer, with no spreadsheet afterwards.
- A real calculator: the formula uses their answers as variables, so the last screen returns their number.
- Questions with video and images: plus multiple choice, 1 to 10 scale, number and email. Every type can score.

Questions people ask
Does the form really go offline?
At 100% of the monthly limit Typeform sets the form to private until the next month or until you upgrade. On paid traffic that means you keep paying for clicks that land on a closed form.
Does every abandoned answer cost me a response?
Only if you added a Partial Submit Point, which is what makes Typeform save unfinished answers. Plain abandonment does not count. We would rather be precise than scary about it.
What should I compare between Typeform alternatives?
Most Typeform alternatives compete on the monthly price and keep the same trap: the logic, the scoring and the result screen sit behind an upgrade. When you line up competitors, look at what the cheapest paid plan actually does, and at whether the response limit belongs to the form or to the whole account. That second one is what closes a form in the middle of the month.
Which is the best Typeform alternative for paid traffic?
The best one is whichever does not close your form in the middle of the month. If you buy clicks, the response limit is the number that decides everything: check whether it belongs to the form or to the entire account before you compare anything else.
