Support

This page is how you reach the people who build FoxForm. There is no ticket queue to navigate and no chatbot in front of it: one address, read by the team.

    Getting help

Write to the address below for anything about the product: a form that does not behave the way you expected, scoring or conditional logic that picks the wrong screen, a published form that is not serving, billing, or a question about whether FoxForm does something before you commit to it.

Answers come from the team that writes the product, not from a support script, so a precise question gets a precise answer.

    What to include

A first reply is only useful if it can be specific. When something is broken, these four lines usually turn two exchanges into one:

    • the email address on your FoxForm account
    • the link to the form, or its slug, if the question is about a specific one
    • what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
    • the screen or question where it happened, when the form has several

    API, MCP and integrations

FoxForm exposes a REST API and a hosted Model Context Protocol server, so an AI agent can create a form, publish it, read responses and pull drop-off per screen. Most integration questions are answered faster in the reference than by email.

If the reference does not cover your case, or something in it is wrong, write in. A gap in the documentation is a bug worth reporting.

    Correcting a comparison page

This site publishes comparison pages that state what competing products cost. Every one of those figures was read on that vendor’s own pricing page, on a date printed on the page, and third-party pricing ages.

If a number about your product is out of date or wrong, write in and say which page and which figure. Corrections are made against the vendor’s current page and the date on ours changes with it.
