FoxForm is a service operated by Mamute Cloud LLC, which is the controller of the personal data described here. This explains how we handle your data.

- Responses people submit to your forms
- Payment info (processed by Stripe)
Automatically collected:
- Usage data (pages visited, clicks)
- Device info (browser, IP address)
- Cookies for login, preferences, and analytics

- Provide and improve the service

- Security and fraud prevention
- Analytics (anonymized)
3. Sharing Your Data
We DON'T sell your data. We only share with:

4. Data Retention
Discontinued free plan: For accounts created before July 29, 2026, analytics and responses are kept for 60 days only. After that, they're deleted.
Paid plans and trials: Data kept for as long as your account is active. This includes a trial that ended without a subscription.
Deleted accounts: Data deleted within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You can:

- Correct your info
- Delete your account
- Export your data
- Opt out of marketing emails
