By using FoxForm, you agree to these terms.
1. Your Account
You must be 18+ to use FoxForm. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Contact support@foxform.app if your account is compromised.
2. Plans & Billing
Free Plan:
- Limited features
- Analytics and responses kept for 60 days only
- Ads displayed on forms
Paid Plans (Pro & Gold):
- Advanced features
- No ads
- Unlimited data retention
- Monthly or annual billing
- No refunds except as required by law
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
3. Your Content
You own everything you create. We only store and process it to provide the service. When you collect personal data through forms, you're responsible for:
- Getting consent from respondents
- Following privacy laws (LGPD, GDPR, CCPA)
- Protecting respondent data
4. What You Can't Do
Don't:
- Violate laws or others' rights
- Send spam or collect data without permission
- Upload malware or harmful content
- Abuse or harass others
- Try to hack or break the service
- Resell or misuse the platform
We'll terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Service & Support
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee it. Maintenance may cause brief downtime.

- Free: Community & help center
- Pro: Email support
- Gold: Priority support

6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DOWNTIME, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
8. Legal
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes go to São Paulo courts.
