Terms of Service

FoxForm is operated by Mamute Cloud LLC. By using FoxForm, you agree to these terms, which are an agreement between you and Mamute Cloud LLC.
1. Your Account
You must be 18+ to use FoxForm. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Contact foxform@mamutetech.com if your account is compromised.
2. Plans & Billing
Free trial: every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. When a trial is started with a card, the first charge happens on day 15 unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Free plan (discontinued on July 29, 2026):
- No longer available to new accounts
- Limited features
- Analytics and responses kept for 60 days only
Paid plans (Pro, Premium and Unlimited):
- Advanced features
- No FoxForm branding on your forms
- Data kept for as long as your account is active
- Monthly or annual billing
- No refunds except as required by law
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
3. Your Content
You own everything you create. We only store and process it to provide the service. When you collect personal data through forms, you're responsible for:
- Getting consent from respondents
- Following privacy laws (LGPD, GDPR, CCPA)
- Protecting respondent data
4. What You Can't Do
Don't:
- Violate laws or others' rights
- Send spam or collect data without permission
- Upload malware or harmful content
- Abuse or harass others
- Try to hack or break the service
- Resell or misuse the platform
We'll terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Service & Support
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee it. Maintenance may cause brief downtime.

- All paid plans: priority email support
- Discontinued free plan: community and help center

6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DOWNTIME, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD.
7. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
8. Legal
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes go to São Paulo courts.
