AI quiz generator, free
Describe the quiz topic. The AI writes the questions, the points for each option and the result screen, and you publish the link.
Free: 25 responses, no card, no deadline. Scoring and result screens included.

“We moved our lead forms to FoxForm and stopped losing people halfway through.”

Your AI handles the form, your automations handle the lead
Connect FoxForm to Claude, Codex or whichever assistant your team already opens every day. From there it builds and edits the form, publishes it, follows the answers, exports them and shows you how it is doing. And every answer fires a webhook to Zapier, Make or your own system.
- It does not stop at building the form: the same conversation edits it, publishes it, takes it down, reads the answers and reports performance, without you opening the dashboard.
- Leads arrive already ranked: the score builds while the person answers, and the AI tells you who is worth a call today.
- Fires a webhook instantly: every answer travels to Zapier, Make, your CRM or your own system, with nobody copying and pasting.

Ask less, learn more, and close on the same screen
The path changes as the person answers, every answer is worth points, and the last screen hands back a result: a quote, a diagnosis or a score. They finish because they get something, and you get the lead already ranked.
- Paths that cross: a rule can combine answers. Someone with budget AND sign-off takes one path, everyone else takes another.
- Scoring that runs itself: every option is worth points and the total builds while they answer, with no spreadsheet afterwards.
- A real calculator: the formula uses their answers as variables, so the last screen returns their number.
- Questions with video and images: plus multiple choice, 1 to 10 scale, number and email. Every type can score.

Frequently asked questions about the quiz generator
Is the AI quiz generator free?
Yes. Describe the topic and the AI builds your first quiz without an account; the account comes in when you publish, with no card. The free plan takes 25 responses with no deadline, scoring and result screens included, and the AI can create or edit up to 10 times a month. Responses past 25 are kept and unlock when you subscribe. On free, the FoxForm badge shows on the quiz.
How do I create a quiz with AI?
Write the topic in one sentence, for example "a 10-question quiz on workplace safety". The AI writes the questions and options, sets how many points each option is worth and builds the result screen. You open it in the editor, adjust what you want and publish the link.
Does it work for school, training or lead generation quizzes?
All three. In school, for content review with the score adding up on its own. In team training, to check what stuck after a session or onboarding. In lead generation, the score band decides the last screen and the response reaches you with the score attached. If you want a time limit, there is a countdown timer screen.
Does the quiz have an answer key with right and wrong answers?
There is no separate answer key field. The quiz works on points: give the right option a point and the wrong ones zero, the total adds up while the person answers, and the result screen shows the score and the message for their band. In practice it grades itself, but we would rather say how it works than promise a feature under another name.
Is it an alternative to Quizizz, ChatGPT or Google Forms?
For different reasons. ChatGPT writes the questions but hands back text; here they become a published quiz with a link, running score and result screen. From Google Forms you can import the questions through the public link and add points per option and results per band. And unlike Quizizz, the quiz here is a page with a link that people answer on their own, at their own pace, and every response reaches you.
